The Martin A. Bayless Foundation Fund at the Dayton Foundation was created for college scholarships to be given away to eligible high school students, In honor of Martin's parents, the scholarship will bear the name of Charles E. & Stella M. Bayless.

Parents Advancing Choice in Education, Inc.

PACE has joined forces with the Martin Bayless Charitable Foundation and will be offering a opportunity for graduating seniors who attend the Martin Bayless 2010 Summer Camp to be eligible for a college scholarship from PACE worth $3,000 per year renewable for four years. The scholarship is for a student who plans to attend an Ohio college or university.
